About Me
Michael Hoover is a co-founder and lead agent with HL2R Group. Enthusiasm, creativity, hard work, professionalism, market expertise, and a passion for real estate and his clients set him apart from other agents in the industry. Michael promises each client will receive the individualized attention and time that they deserve in either the purchase or sale of their home, providing a true concierge level of service. This individualized approach is key to his success. As a founding member of HL2R Group, Michael plays an important role in the development of marketing for the team and their listings as well as training and creation of resources for team members. Originally from North Carolina, Michael felt immediately at home when he first came to Chicago in 2008. He lived all over the city before recently settling in the Northshore and has a deep appreciation for everything the Chicago area and its suburbs have to offer: rich cultural institutions, vibrant entertainment and restaurant scene, fine schools, beautiful park spaces, and more. Whether new to the city or a lifelong resident, Michael strives to help his clients find a place that suits all of their needs.
